From outdated WordPress site to modern multilingual platform
The existing website had become a liability rather than an asset. Built on an outdated WordPress foundation, it suffered from poor usability, broken functionality, limited content management capabilities, and a visual identity that no longer matched the company's position in the market. The mobile experience was also poorly optimized, creating usability issues across smaller devices and making key information harder to access.
To address these issues, we rebuilt the platform from scratch, migrating the infrastructure to Cloudflare, implementing a custom Payload CMS, introducing multilingual architecture, integrating email-powered lead management workflows, and creating a modern digital experience aligned with Constant Agro's international ambitions.

The existing cPanel environment was preserved where it still supported business operations, including email-related workflows and hosting management. Instead of replacing everything at once, the new Cloudflare and Next.js setup was connected around it, creating a practical migration path without disrupting the client’s operational setup.
